Responsibilities will include:
Agenda management for senior executives
Planning business travel itineraries, including ticket and hotel reservations, and preparing visa applications.
organizing and booking meetings, and preparing meeting minutes
answering e-mails and document requests on behalf of executives
prepare expense reports
organize and research new special projects to be pursued by the company
